Question
I just wanted to reply real quick and tell you that you have been great to
me by answering all my questions thoroughly and quickly. Thank You very
much! You deserve every testimonial you have. I don't think my face has
looked this good in a long time (but I haven't even got your products
yet!). Your comments alone on different aspects of my face that I have
been asking you about are helping my face to clear up and be less dryer.
Thanks again. You are providing a great service to people with skin
problems. I will definitely recommend you! You are wonderful!
Your friend.

Hi Brandon,
Glad to hear that your face is less dry now. Thanks very much for your
kind words.

Question
Hi Pierre,
I have been using your products now for weeks.
The redness, due to previous acnes and scarring
from contact dermatisis, has faded a little.
When I use your products my skin is smooth and
fairly matt throughout the night. My problem is
during the day- I use the prescribed products
which do leave my skin fresh, but I use a
foundation to cover the scars. Within hours my
skin is very shiny and I feel embarrassed- every
thing seems to slide off and I look alot oiler than
my skin actually is. As I am running out of products
and need to buy some more soon, I was wondering if
you had any suggestions regarding this oiliness?
So far, I have been extremely pleased with your
products!
Thankyou, Jo.
(submitted by alias: JO)
Answer
Hi Jo,
I suggest you stop using that foundation which causes the oiliness.
We do have a day cream which is in natural foundation color, and has
also anti-UV properties.
Detail of this product is:
74-P Chamomile Day Cream 1.48FL.OZ. 40ML. $35.70
Have a Blessed Christmas and a Prosperous New Year!

Question
Hello:
After reading some of your beauty box answers and questions -
I figure YOU are the person to ask! I am 29 and my skin is
becoming increasingly worse! During my teens my dermatologist
put me on 250mg of Antibiotics 3 times a day - with creams -
I was told I had a skin condition called "Piterious Rosia" -
which I have since learned is just jibberish for "we don't
know what to call this"! My skin was always dry - and is
sensitive - and the pores were very clear and tight - but now
the pores on the apples of my cheeks are expanded and I get
flare-ups of blemishes, and they turn really red and take
forever to go away! My nose is getting worse, as is my chin -
and the pores are getting larger and I can see dirt and
darkness in the pores in my nose - but I have had NO success
in cleaning them up! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have beautiful
skin and not HAVE to wear makeup - I don't wear base or
foundation - but I am forced to use coverup to cover the red
spots, and blemishes that keep popping up! I also use a
powder - but I try to not put that on heavily - just a brushing
over my face...
I really need help - I don't want scars and
broken veins and caplilaries all over my face - and I am so
sick of seeing these ugly pores getting bigger and bigger
and not being able to control the breakouts! HELP!!!!!!!!
I have tried good cleaners and creams - and nothing seems to
work! Actually - I am now disabled due to the antibiotics that
the doctor had me on for so many years - I have lesions and
ulcers in my kidney's and bladder due to the drugs eating holes
in me!!! I am in constant pain and unable to work - so if I
have to feel bad - I would like to at least be able to look in
the mirror and see a nice clean and clear complexion! PLEASE
help!
Thank you SOOOOOO much!
Kelli :)

Answer
Hi Kelli,
I am so sorry to hear of your plight.
Antibiotics is really bad for the body on long term consumption.
I really wonder how could the doctor not know this, and have
you on it for that long.
OK. As for your skin, stop using soap altogether. Soap will
only make your skin more sensitive, and dry.
Now visit our site at https://web62366.securesites.com/ss45b/matsamp.htm
and submit your skin info therein. We will uniquely match a set
of our herbal skincare product samples to suit your skin
condition. If you have difficulty submitting online, you can
also submit through our text form (pasted below here for your
convenience).
You actually need to pay only US$10 postage for the registered
airmail to ship the samples to you directly from Singapore.
However, if you have financial difficulty, since you are not
working, please let me know, and I'll have it waived for you.
I'm quite confident that I'll be able to help you improve your
skin condition.

Question
I have read many of the questions about skin care. But in the
answers, I have not yet heard about nutrition being very important
in good skin, except not to eat fried foods. I got blackheads and
large pores after years of eating a very poor diet of junk food
and lots and lots of sweets. I notice over the years the pores
getting larger, and the blackheads bigger. I believe that
nutrition is very important if you want healthy looking skin. You
must eat lots of vegetables, and fruits, beans, nuts, and seeds,
grains, only a little meat if at all. Stay away from white sugar,
processed foods, junk foods, fried foods. Try to eat more raw
foods in your diet. And natural sweets like fruit. I use to eat
very healthy at one time and my skin was practically flawless.
Then I began to eat a terrible diet of junk food, white sugar
sweets, fried foods. Then my complexion changed little by little
over the years to having large pores and blackheads. I contribute
my poor complexion to mostly too much white sugar desserts. Some
say it is the fried foods, but I disagree. It is when I began to
eat sweets heavily that the pores and black heads began to get
very bad. I also stopped all sweets for a few months at one time
and I no longer got pimples at all. When I began to eat sugary
sweets again, the pimples came back immediately. My question is,
don't you believe that nutrition plays a key role in being
healthy therefore having healthy skin? I know some people who
eat poorly, and you can tell by their complexions I find. I have
a friend who was raised on soda pop and hot dogs. Her face is
covered with black heads that are the kind that stick out of the
skin. I do believe, good nutrition is very important to have
healthy looking skin. I don't believe there is anyway out of
having good skin if you persist on not eating right. Visit a
health food store and buy some books and educate yourself on
how to eat to be healthy and look healthy. I am now back to
eating healthy again so that I can once again have a nice
complexion. I also believe in juice fasting to clean out your
body of toxins as well. People are not educated about
nutrition and the roll it has on your physical appearance. If
you eat junk, you can't really expect to be blackhead free or
expect to have a nice complexion. The body needs good healthy
foods to have good healthy looking skin. It is the price one
must pay I guess to be healthy, you have to give up the junk.
Also I find it is a shame that there is many people who have
a very bad skin problem and can't find an answer because they
don't know that to eat healthy is very important, no sweets,
no junk, no fried food. People give answers but they are never
that nutrition is very very important. I believe that your
product does work and it is helping many people with their
skin problems. But I do believe that you must eat a healthy
diet to maintain healthy looking skin.

Answer
Hi Denise,
yes, you are right. A healthy diet is certainly important,
and is a determinant for achieving a good skin, but it is
not the only determinant. Using the wrong products, and/or
using any products the wrong way, and/or during puberty,
pregnancy, having a stressful lifestyle, etc.. will all
have some impact on the skin condition. So there are many
other determinants that will affect the skin.

Question
Hi,
Your products sound very interesting. I would like the
opportunity to test a few samples.
Here is a bit of background in order for you to assess
what products would be best suited for my skin care
rountine.
First of all, I am allergic to Aloe Vera.
Secondly, I am not using any products whatsoever on my
face. The reason for this is that I haven't been able
to find a product that my skin agrees with.
My skin is very sensitive, at the moment, I just splash
water on my face. I know this is the problem, a proper
skin care routine is important, however I just haven't
found the right product. I have tried several but to no
avail.
During the Winter months my skin gets very dehydrated
and feels like it is on fire.
I believe I have combination skin, oily in the T zone
and dry in the cheek area.
My problem areas are mostly consintrated in the cheek
area. It is dry and at times appears red and feels
inflamed. Breakouts are common and tend to take a while
to clear up. Blackheads in the T Zone are also a
problem.
Your help and advise is mostly appreciated.
I look forward to hearing from you.
(submitted by alias: Sharon Pereira)
Answer
Hi Sharon,
Have you actually gone for a proper patch test to
determine if you are really allergic to Aloe Vera? If you
had simply discovered that you were allergic to a certain
product that claimed to be 100% pure Aloe vera, or claimed
to contain a high percentage of Aloe Vera, or a product
that was claimed to be Aloe Vera based, then you may not
really be allergic to Aloe Vera. Any product that claimed
to be 100% pure or aloe vera based, after all, are not
truelly pure. The prduct will certainly contain some other
ingredients, and it could be that some other unknown
ingredient that your skin was allergic to. I'd advice that
you see a doctor to have a proper patch test done.
Even people with greasy skin would require protection
against the dry wind, and dry climatic condition during
winter, and sometimes also during spring and autumn. No
doubt your skin reddened and inflamed during winter, since
you don't wear additional cream protection, although your
skin is dry. However, I do understand the delima you are
facing, like many other people do. It would be better of
splashing your face with water than applying something that
hurts your skin even more. By the way, when your skin is left
dry, it ruptures, and cracks like dry soil. It became an open
ground for easy bacterial invasion. Since you also did not
use any cleansers(I supposed), daily accumulations of
dead cells, and debris must have seriously clogged your
pores at this point in time. Clogged pores will eventually
lead to pimples and acnes. It's high time you need to do
something now. I believe our products will suit you best.
Well, I'd recommend that you start quickly with our
whole range of herbal products without mixing with any
product of other make. You can have a set of our Free
samples uniquely matched according to your skin condition.
What you need to pay is only your own postage to airmail
the sample set, comprising 5 to 7 items depending on your
skin condition, from Singapore. Simply go to:

Question
Everyone including a lady who did my facial at
Adrien Arpel say I have beautiful skin, I would say I do
but I do notice tiny whiteheads around my cheeks and
under my eyes
this beautician said there is nothing I can do, is this
true?
Can you let me know what I can do to get rid of them?
and how about dark undereye circles
besides sleep and make-up? Also since we are on the
subject of facial features I noticed that my face is
small is there any way I can fatten
up just my face or de-empathize it's narrowness that to
me looks gaut?
Thank you,
complimented yet unsatisfied
(submitted by alias: Demi)
Answer
Hi Demi,
Whiteheads are milia seeds. They are embedded. Unlike
blackheads which can be quite easily squeezed out,
whiteheads have to be pricked out with a sterylized
needle. They are primarily accumulated sweat waste, and
salt from sweat and soap-based products that clogged the
sweat pores, and are as hard as rice grains. Treatment
will not produce results as fast as for blackheads, but
will be gradual. Avoiding the use of soap, and using an
effective cleanser that really cleanses, and application
products that do not promote cloggings to the pores
helps. If you would like to have a Free set of Pierre
Chenxu skincare samples matched to your skin, you can
visit http://www.pierrechenxu.com/ and submit your
particulars there.
Dark undereye circles may be due to natural deep-set
eyes which can only be conceal by makeup. If they were
not borned with, then adequate rest, sleep, and frequent
eye massage will certainly help. Besides, makeup is the
fastest way to conceal them. Apply a shade or two
lighter( of foundation cream ) than the other
surrounding areas of your face.
Likewise, for your small facial features, the best
solution is again makeup. Apply a brighter shade around
the narrow parts of your face. I do not know of any
effective means of puffing up narrow facial features by
way of skincare products applications.

Question
Pierre,
I have been using the Wondergell for about 2 weeks, yet
it only seems to remove dead skin cells, unfortunately
it does absolutely nothing for my blackheads. I am
following the instructions perfectly so what am I doing
wrong or is it there is something peculiar about my
blackheads.
Regards
Will
(submitted by alias: Will)
Answer
Hi Will,
Sorry to hear that your blackheads are still left
intact. In most cases, blackheads, along with dead cells
are effectively removed after each application. However,
there are occasions where blackheads have been
accumulated for too long, and became very hard and
stubborn. It becomes worse if one was using in his/her
skincare routine, other soap cleansers, or cleansers
containing high contents of wax, as well as other
day/night creams that contain also high wax contents. In
such cases, we recommend that you stop using all other
products, and switch to our natural non-comedogenic
herbal range. However, you need not commit to purchase
yet. We'd be pleased to send you a set of Free samples,
comprising 5 to 7 items depending on your skin
condition, and matched according to your skin type and
problem. If you are interested to try out our samples,
please email me your skin type, problems, current
condition and previous condition, current products you
are using, your current health and hygiene habits, and
any other relevant info. In order to help us send the
Free samples to you via registered airmail, you will
need to bear the postage cost(which is $10.00), by
sending a check or money order, or email your credit
card info(card type, number, name on card, and expiry
date) to:
XXXXX
Upon receipt, we'll match your samples within 3 days,
but it'll take about another 7 to 10 days to reach you.

Question
Hi, I received your samples recently and enjoyed them
alot. Although my skin isn't perfect now, the
roughness and dryness is almost gone and my skin feels
much smoother and my complexion
is clearer and more even. I have 2 questions. The first
is, I recently ordered the WonderGel 311
for sensitive skin. I am a 20 yr.old male and my skin is
slightly sensitive, but is also semi- oily/dry with
susceptibility
to acne and it can get dry with the wrong cleansers. I
enjoyed using the sample of the 311 with no
negative effects. I was wondering if 311 Wondergel would
be best for me or one of the other W.G formulas?
My second question is, I travel sometimes and I find
that using the liquid cleanser (10f) and toner
(67) with cotton is very inconvenient for me. I was
wondering if you could recommend another of
your cleansers, excluding the beaded scrub(030), that
will not worsen my acne or clogged pores and
won't overdry my skin. Thank you very much. Your advice
in the Cyber box is the most helpful and informative
I've ever encountered.
(submitted by alias: Hawk)
Answer
Hi Hawk,
Yes, currently, Wondergel 311 is best for you. However,
over time your complexion will change, and would require
a different formulation then.
We do have other cleansers in cream form like the
scrubs(without the beads), but unfortunately, they are
for other skin-type/problems, and are not suited to your
current skin type/problems. If you find it inconvenient
to carry cotton pads around while travelling, you may use
tissues instead.
Glad to hear that you find our Cyber Beauty Box helpful
and informative.
Please do not hesitate to write me should you need
further help.

Question
Do you think it is ok to keep taking birthcontrol pills,
since this one is known to be good for acne? This one is
called Ortho-Tricyclen. I'll give you the components:
white tablets contains 0.180 mg norgestimate and 0.035 mg
ethinyl estradiol. Light blue tablets contains
0.215 mg norgestimate and 0.035 mg ethnyl estradior.
Each blue tablets contains 0.250 mg norgestimate and
0.035 mg ethnyl estadiol. 7tablets each and last 7 is
only sugar tablets to keep us on the cycle.
I am pretty sure that the reason of my acne is hormone
or genetic...
But I am looking forward to try your products.
Sincerely,
Sachiko Sueki
(submitted by alias: Sachiko)
Answer
Pills do help control/balance secretions when secretion
abnormality occurs, but it should preferably not be
permanently relied upon. Do try other methods first. If
all else fail, you have got no choice then. However, as
a person ages, the secretion also reduces, which would
then require less dependency on pills. Note also that
long term usage might affect some people's menstruation
and their ability to conceive.

Question
Thank you so much for the samples you sent me. I am
using them day and night. I feel comfortable with all
the products although it is still early to say they
clear my face totally. I think I want to order them...
Do you recommend any UV care product from your line?
Right now, I am not using anything ( I don't have
chance to go take sun, either..) since I have found
out Chanel " Total Diffence spf15" contains oil. ( I
try the small test you tought me.) Also, do you
recommend I use "Comedo-Remover"?
I still can see sebum on my face and it bothers me very
much.
Please give me the products number so that I can order
through your home page.
Thank you.
Sachiko
(submitted by alias: Sachiko)
Answer
Hi Ms Sachiko,
glad to hear from you again. Yes, I would recommend you
the following products:
1) 17/F DeepCleanse Refreshening Fluid
2) 69 Collagen Toner
3) 87 Azulene Active Cream
4) 090 Ginseng Anti-Acne Cream
5) 70 Meristem Day Cream(SPF 8 total block sunscreen
cream. I.e. Anti UVA and UVB)
6) 311 Blackhead Remover(Sensitive Skin)
For item 1 to 4 above, you already know how to use them.
Item 5 is the anti-UV day cream for your day use(can use
daily). Once you have No.70 for day use, you'll use No. 87
only for the night. Item 6 is the Wondergel Comedo Remover.
You use the wondergel comedo remover only three times
weekly in the night. During the three evenings a week when
you use wondergel comedo remover, you need not follow up
with No.17/F again. Actually, I though of recommending an
additional item(7th item). That is, No. 031 Wondergel Ginseng
Purifying Scrub. This scrub doesn't contain coarse edged
grains and soap base like most scrubs do. Coarse grains will
cut and injure the skin. Instead, it contains spherically-shaped
grains, which will never hurt the skin. The spherical grains
act as a secondary cleansing action by bringing the product
contents into the uneven grooves of the skin. The primary
cleansing action is performed by the cream, which works by
gently dissolving surface dead cells and debris. When this
product is used alternately with Wondergel Comedo Remover(that
means, for example: No.031 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays,
and Sundays. And No.311 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.),
your skin improves very fast. But I'm afraid it might be too
confusing for you with seven items. I'll let you decide for
yourself for the 7th item.
If you need further clarification, please do not hesitate to
email me.
Best Regards: Pierre
Question
Thanks for the quick response (as usual). I am thinking
to order your item number 1), 2), 3), 5) first. They
are clensing 17/F, 69, 090, and 70. Since I really need
the UV care for this season, I'd better order #70 now.
However I still want to try the comedo-gerl and scrub.
Before I request the samples for these two, I have
questions.
1. I wonder what is the difference between wondergel
blackhead remover (70) and 317 ginseng comedo-removal
gel. (Because you have suggested before that I better
not use the product require rubbing my face
(submitted by alias: Sachiko)
Answer
Hi Sachiko,
Wondergel Blckhead Remover is not No.70. There are three
types of Wondergel Blackhead Removers: 011(for All Skin),
211(for OIly/Normal Skin), and 311(for Sensitive Skin).
No.70 is Anti UV Day Cream(without pigments - i.e. iron
oxides). Infact we have also two more Anti-UV Day Creams
- Nos. 74-P and 76-P. These two contain pigments
(Iron Oxides), so it is like makeup foundation, and can
be double-up as foundations, without having to use another
foundation. But I would recommend that since your skin is
clogged, you should use this only later. If you don't
clean your skin properly, iron oxides will clog the pores
even more.
That's right When your skin is sensitive, thin and delicate,
you should avoid. But if you find it improving now, you can
start using(perhaps to be safe, you may use the Blackhead
Remover starting with once weekly, then gradually increase
to three times weekly). The 031 Ginseng Purifying
Scrub I recommend you is very safe. It doesn't scratch,
or hurt your skin. The grains are spherical(round).
You can log on to see what I meant at:
http://www.pierrechenxu.com/weresearch.html
There are two large graphics showing you the difference
between grains used by our scrubs and grains
used by our competitors. While our competitors made
scrubs to really scrub the face with coarse grains,
which work like sand-papers, we don't - although we
still call it scrub. Our Ginseng Purifying Scrub
doesn't really work by scrubbing(sand-papering), but by
gently dissolving the dead cells and debris.
